Debbie D stars as Jesse Biggs, a young woman who has gotten her revenge against the hospital administrator, Sandy (Laura Giglio) Wells, who sold Jesse's sister's place in line for a needed heart transplant. But now, Sandy's accomplice, Laura (Tracey Lixx) Ames is looking into her partner's disappearance. And she ends up at Jesse's new restaurant and orders a pork chop, not realizing it's the last of Sandy's body that Jesse sells as her "special recipe". But Jesse is aware of who Laura is and has drugged her wine. Laura now faces the same fate as her accomplice. She's paralyzed with a drug that keeps her from moving, but not from experiencing all the pain and terror that is to come as she she's tenderized, oiled down, and grilled on a barbecue just as Sandy was.
